Anal Discomfort

About 6 weeks ago I visited a massage parlor and the 'therapist' provide an oil massage using a pump bottle of massage oil.  During the massage she ran her fingers between my butt and across my anus numerous times.  She used lots of oil, but did not insert her fingers into my anus.

Afterwards, she provided me a hand job without a condom.  The therapist remained fully clothed and had dry, rough hands.

Immediately prior to visiting the massage place, I went to the bathroom and after defacating, I wiped and ended up breaking the skin around my anus.

After the massage I went to the bathroom and wiped again to try to clear up some of the oil and it didn't take much wiping before I began bleeding a tiny bit.

I shortly after felt a bit of burning in my penis, freaked out, and went to the doctors about 5 days later.  The doctor didn't seem concerned, gave me some Azithromycin (2 gram dose in powder).  I took this in the morning and later that night had some alcoholic drinks.

For the past few weeks I've had some mild irritation around my anus.  Basically a feeling like I had wiped too roughly after going to the bathroom.  About 1 week ago, I began developing a feeling of pressure in the area extending from my taint to my anus.  When the pressure was the worse, I began getting a muscle spasm of some sort inside my anus.  Spasm stopped after a day, still have irritation and light pressure.  The pain feels like it's inside, and the external part of my anus is not really sensitive to the touch.  It's a mild irritated pain, constant, and it tends to be more sore when I sit.  When I walk up stairs this creates some discomfort, and I sometimes have this weird feeling like ( for lack of a better description) my bowels are going to just fall out.  There is no bleeding externally, or on my stool.  I just started taking some preparation h suppositories today, not sure if they'll help.

Welcome to the Forum. The activities you describe are completely no risk for STDs, including HIV.  STDs do not survive well outside of the body and typically would die if they were to come into contact with the lotions and creams used for most massages.  Even if a client before you had an STD, the sorts of exposures you describe are no risk for STD of any sort.

Your symptoms are compatible with an anal fissure or hemorrhoids. I suspect the preparation H will help. If it does not, you may wish to discuss this with your doctor,  You do not however need testing for STDs or to worry about STDs as a possible cause of your discomfort.

Take care. EWH

Forgot to add my question...  Could this be related to the massage experience?  Is there any possibility of an STD as a result of the lesions at the time of the massage.  What if she didn't wash her hands after the last guy, or she picked up something on her hands from the massage oil pump that gets resused customer to customer.  Appreciate your input.
