Bleeding gums, especially in someone who has had it on an off, is not a sign of ARS. In general, people with lymphadenopathy (lymph gland enlargement) due to HIV will notice obvious swellings in those areas. I don't recall the details of the previous thread, but I'm pretty sure I told you the risk of acquiring HIV was virtually zero (a cunnilingus exposure, I think I remember).
If you're so scared, see a healthcare provider for an examination and HIV test, which will be negative. Ask the provider to also address your anxiety condition, which is not normal given the low level of actual risk of HIV; and/or go directly to a mental health professional. I suggest it out of compassion, not criticism.
And start flossing.

Actually doctor my risk was a condom failure - thanskf ro the comment though
Doctor - how come on other "expert" websites they say that receding gums and bleeding gums are a sign of HIV infection?
Oh - doctor one final comment - sorry for so many - but you say test now after 2 - 3 weeks - would that be accurate result - would it be worth my time to do it now!
Gingivitis--swollen, inflamed gums that bleed easily--is common in overt AIDS. I am not aware of its occurrence in primary HIV infection. Also, it is a big mistake to look at the entire list of HIV related symptoms and then assume that any one of them can stand alone. Most infected people have several of them, not just one.
