Chlamydia question

Last Decmeber I had protected sex with a pro.  I was worried about STD but had no symptoms.  I posted about 1 mo later because of anxiety and my wife had a couple of cysts and I thought that I may have given her and STD.  You stated not to worry because no other symptoms and low risk encounter so I didn't.

Now I am having slight mid back pain.  Can Chlamydia not cause any symptoms initially but travel to the kidney's and cause pain?

No.  Back pain is part of being a human being; everybody has it sometimes and there is no reason to suspect it is related to your exposure 6 months ago.

I had a question about treatment for NGU and other STDs. Is Amoxicillin an effective treatment?

Amoxicillin might work in many cases, but is not recommended for NGU or any other STD.
