Been sick for 8 months

hello , I recently posted in the hiv forum a while back,   Here is my story, I went on a trip with friends out of town got wasted and ended up receiving blow jobs from 3 different people in one night ,   One of them being. Gay American American man, and 2 street workers , I know ddf not my best idea,   This was in febuary,    2 weeks later I got really sick for 2 weeks and my penis was hurting so I went to the doctor, got tested for simple stds gonorhha clymyhha,     Both came back neg, I have taken doxy shot of rocephon levaquin script,  I have been so sick ever since ,  behind my knees always have a tingling burning sensation I feel like I have been livig in a fog like my life is glitchy, sick natious,  does any of this sound like stds, ?? Being sick this
Long , I just want to go back to my normal lifr

Howard, thanks for answering , it means a lot, I just feel like complete dirt ,   My tongue is white with red spots on it for four months

Well, I guess this can be characterized as a good news/bad news scenario.

The good: for sure this isn't an STD. There simply are no STDs or other infections you could get from the exposures described that can explain such symptoms. The (slightly) bad news: I can't explain your symptoms. However, I repeat that I am confident they are not due to any infection from the sexual exposures described.

So the best I can do is recommend you continue to follow up with your personal health care provider. Good luck with it.
