Bladder Infection or something else!

Had a bladder infection about five months ago & the meds didn't work. I took cipro for two weeks, then bactrim & zithromax. My whole life I have been immuned to a lot of antibiotics. I had the burning when peeing, adominal pain, lower back pain & a itchy urethra. Doctor examined me & said I had a bladder infection but I drank plenty of water & cranberry juic. Idk if it is uretheritis, prostatitis or interstiak cystitis. Doctor & urology keep saying all is fine & no imfection after every urine sample. I need help.

Get it checked! My husband had a prostate infection and it went septic.  He almost died and was in the hospital a week and it took him all summer to feel better.

People get confused when it comes to the prostate gland. Whilst prostate cancer is almost unheard of in males under 50 years old an infection of the prostate can happen at any age in adults. Infections of the prostate aren't life threatening but can be a very uncomfortable experience.

Have they manually checked your prostate? I'd keep working with your doctor on this one.
