Brown Spots on head of Penis?

I have noticed a few brown like spots form on the head of my penis. I have received oral sex
in the past. Other than this I am a virgin. I do not know what these spot like things
are. They seem to be very slightly raised and scattered. These things never popped
up overnight nor in a month. I don't remember how long, but do know it wasn't all of a sudden.

I want to know what type of STDs or other various diseases this discoloration, slightly raised
brownish spots could be?

Spots have nothing to do with a STD, see a Dr for them.
