A related discussion,
I have a bruise by my penis was started.
You should have said you had need a doctor and already had his opinion and advice. The problem clearly isn't an STD and that's my only expetise, and I have no opinion about the origin of the bruises; your doctor undoubtedly can answer those questions.

thank you doctor for your advice. the doctor told me they are brusies what i have on my penis..he told me asprin can make u bruise easily but i never had this before. He took blood to make sure that my blood count is good etc. should i be worried? because i am right now!
on monday a female grab it hard and squeezed the penis when i went home i noticed that i had these bruises on my penis. Can this be the cause of the bruising since the bruises popped up almost instantly?
even before my penis being bruised my testes and penis has felt kinda sore even without doing anything. should i be worried?
I posted this question before i actually visited the doctor. once i did i posted the comments on here. he said he took blood to make sure everything is ok with me, and the only std that causes bruising is HIV? is this true. but since he said i only have it on my penis that no worres its prob not due to any stds. he seemed skeptical. any advice? im awaiting my blood results and i really hope they all come back normal.
thank you doctor again ill rest when the results are in.
The best I can say is that no STD causes the sort of spots you describe. If there has been recent oral sex, particularly if it was especially vigorous, might they actually be bruises (i.e., hickeys)? Or the result of especially vigourous masturbation? That might also explain soreness, but you are a better judge of that possibility than I can be. Urine dripping also is not the sign of any STD (assuming the drip really is urine, and not a mcous-like or pus-like discharge).
My advice is to see a health care provider for a professional opinion. Good luck--
