You have another canker sore, not HIV. Almost everybody gets canker sores from time to time, and recurrences probably are more common in people who had them frequently in the past. I don't know this for sure, but it fits with my personal experiece with canker sores.
Sores in the mouth may be a sign of HIV, but generally in persons with advanced immunodeficiency of the sort that typically takes many years to develop. (Thrush--oral yeast infection--can occur soon after initial HIV infection, but that causes soreness of the mouth and white patches, not individual sores.)
You don't need to worry about HIV any more than you did when we discussed it in the earlier thread.
Good luck-- HHH
A related discussion,
Scared I ruined my life was started.
I recently got a rash on my inner thigh that was red on the surface with pus like bumps on the surface! Then it went away and returned about a month or two later ! It healed and left like a black spot so I didn't think anything of it ! Then my partner told me he had a cold sore that he usual gets on his mouth every three months ! So I got a little scared and did some reaserch and it seems to be herpes symptoms ! Now I hhave like little red bumbs on the front of my tongue and like cranker sores on the bag what might this be :-(?

The STD forum really isn't a place to answer questions on other forums. The way to handle this is to suggest that the person with the question jump over to this forum and post her question.
