what could this be?

hi i was hoping u could tell me what i have? im 20 years old .i had sex with a girl about 2.5 to 3 months ago and the condom broke, i then took it off and replaced it with a new one. the next day or so i had a little purple bruise on the tip of my penis and discomfort. a few days later the bruise went away and i didnt have any more problems for 2 months. then i noticed little white pimples under my forskin (im uncircumcised) these pimples never hurt even when i pressed on them. but they have seem to spread and theres more of them  and my penis will tingle some times and somtimes have a small pain at the tip when i need to pee. im very worried about this being herpes! when i worry the tingling seems to feel more intense.also i got some sores on my mouth 3 months after it happened but from pictures it looks just loke canker sores. isnt that to long for herpes to show up? oh i got tested in december before this girl and i was clean besides a small wart that the docter froze off.

Sorry, neither I nor any other online source can tell for certain what anybody has; you need to see a personal health care provider for that.  I can tell you that your symptoms do not suggest any STD.

Clearly you have more than one problem.  The bruise, the penile white bumps, and the sores in your mouth almost certainly are not related to each other.  The bruise might have just been a bruise, if sex was vigorous.  The white bumps might be recurrent genital warts (but I doubt it), molluscum contagiosum (also unlikely from your description), perhaps sebaceous cysts, or perhaps pearly penile papules (which are normal, but you might be noticing for the first time).  If the sores in your mouth look like canker sores, that's most likely what they are.  However, it could be a virus, such as initial oral herpes or any of several other viruses.  You didn't catch this problem from the sexual event you describe; 2+ months is too long.

Bottom line:  See a health care provider.  If you don't have one and/or if cost is an issue, visit your local health department or a community clinic for low cost (possibly free) health care. But in the meantime, I doubt you have an STD or anything serious.

Good luck---  HHH, MD
