Concerned about M Genitalium

I have been tested for the following STD's- Chlamydia / Gonn, HIV, Syph, herpes and all were negative. Also had urine tested for WBC and cultured. These were negative as well . I was tested as I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex. I was having pain at the tip of my penis and some times during urination. The dr gave me doxy for a week. I was still having discomfort. I then went for a M Genitalium test at a clinic about a week after stopping the doxy as the dr could not perform the test. The test was negative, could taking the test so close to finishing the doxy have an impact on the accuracy? I was still having pain and took 1000mg of  z pack one day then 250 for two days.  I was still having pain and went to the urologist who diagnosed Non bacterial prostatis. After several months  I have also developed symptoms that  are similar to peripheral neuropathy. I have burning on the top of my feet, hands, mouth and tounge numbness. also feel light shocks at times in different spots. Are these symptoms of an STD? Can this all be anxiety? The sex was not with my wife.  My wife developed BV almost immediately after I had sex with the other person which is leading me think I have an infection of some sort. The other person stated that she went to a std clinic and was found not to have any infections. However in NY they don't test  for MG. I have not felt well for the last ten months. I'm lost. not sure what I should do though I have scheduled an apt with a neurologist.

This sounds like anxiety, as Dr. hook told you last year, and based on your negative tests and your use of antibiotics.

Have you seen a therapist?
