Yesterday I masturbated three times using no lubricants and a sock. today I noticed a slight burn or open sore on the shaft of the penis under the foreskin. I am not sexually acitve and I only have had mutual masturbation with a stripper about one month ago. What could this be Ive been tested for all STD's but Herpes. Am I at risk?

Its more like someone peeled skin off the shaft its raw but smooth no bumps or anything

That could be irritation from masturbating 3 times in one day without lube, or it could be a fungal infection.

If it persists, you should see your doc, and you should also invest in some lube.

There are several you can get at drug stores, or you can order it online from many different places.

how can i tell if its irritated or if it could be herpes. I have never had sexual intercourse, just mutual masturbation with a stripper, am I at risk for anything?

No, you aren't at risk for an std.
