Follow up with Dr. Hunter

Hi Dr. Hunter its Aaron again and I just wanted to give you a little follow up on my situation here's my last post in case you need a reference: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/603836?post_id=post_3304872  ; I am really sorry to bother you again with this but right now I really don't know were to turn.My situation right now is looking pretty good but still it's having it's downs.Anyway here it is I did go to the dermatologist and he said the erythrasma is going away and to keep applying the fucidin H Cream. Second I showed him the red dots and he said they were hormonal, and third showed him the brown dot on my penis and he said it was nothing. I did not mention HIV to him because I didn't think it was necessary. Anyway the next day Aug.22 I was having some pretty bad stomach cramps and liquid diarrhea. lt starting around 7:00pm and got worse at around 1:00am so I went to the emergency hospital and they took a blood and urine test and after six hours the cramping stopped and they said my tests were normal so they they sent me home. The next day I did have green diarrhea once but since then all my stools have all been normal. I still a sore throat on and off. My biggest concern is my lack of saliva, I usually always spit white bubbles when I drink alot sometimes it temporally goes away for a couple hours(But not the white bubbles). This has been going on for 3 weeks and my tounge is usally slighty white.

FACTS:

19 year old male
5'7
270 pounds haven't lost any weight
Circumcised

heres my bloodwork and keep in mind that I do eat takeout every day (It could effect)

There is really no reason for you to think they are anything other than normal. There is person to person variation in all sorts of dermatological process.  Please believe your tests, me and others you have spoken to - you do not have HIV or hepatitis C.

This thread needs to end now.  No further questions please.  EWH

This is reallystressedout I have made a new account before and forgot the password to my original one. 1 last question I did have that is it possable that I could have a hiv/hepititis c coinfection as I did not mention last time but I have elavated liver enzmyes which started 5 days after the exposer when I did my blood work.(On april 1) and were still elavted on may 6 and on august 26. Also take into account that I have not done my bloodwork for a many years before this, drank alot during this time and whey 270 which I gained 100 pounds over the last 2 years from eating fast food every day.

I didn't want to ask another question but i thought this one is important, I just want to know what you think of this, you do know from last time that I had a 5 month negative hiv test but I never had a hep c test.(keep in mind the exposer was on march 25)

thank you aaron

Dr. Handsfield and I share the forum.  You got me this time.  FYI, the reason we share the forum is because we have worked together for nearly 30 years and while our verbiage styles vary, we have never disagreed on management strategies or advice to clients.

I have reviewed your earlier post.  At that time Dr. Handsfield informed you that there was no risk to your for HIV.  Since then you have made progress in terms of your erythrasma but have developed new symptoms.  The symptoms that you describe do not suggest HIV in any way.  You risk for HIV remains essentially zero.  Rather than persist in your concerns regarding HIV, I would urge you to put your concerns about HIV aside and work with your won doctors to sort out the origins of your symptoms which are certainly not related to HIV.

All of your lab tests are normal.

We have nothing more to offer you on this forum.  Good luck.  EWH
