Welcome to our Forum.  As you know, Dr. Handsfield and I share the forum.  You got me.  FYI, the reason we share the forum is because we have worked together for nearly 30 years and while our verbiage styles vary, we have never disagreed on management strategies or advice to clients.

The exposures you describe, condom protect oral and vaginal sex are safe sex which do not put you at risk for any STD.  It has only been two days since your exposure. Because of this, you can be confident that the soreness and itch that you are experiencing are not due to an STD.  The soreness may related to the friction encountered during your exposure, in particular due to the presence of your boxer shorts.  As for the itch, itching is the most common sign of anxiety following a sexual encounter that someone is not sure they should have had. i suspect this is the explanation for that problem.

Following a condom protected exposure of the sort you describe there is no reason for concern, nor is there any medical reason for testing.

I hope my comment provides you with some peace of mind.  EWH
