Help I have something not sure what!!

Male in 20s, no history of illness.
girlfriend of 5+years sexually active through entire relationship.
July 19 07 had unsure protected/unprotected sex oral sex one night stand
between 7.19.07 and 9.30.07 no symptoms
September 30, 2007- night before drank lot of booz & was very drunk, puked  in morning I woke up & noticed a tiny, tiny drop of white fluid (no symptoms till this day), & tingling feeling around penis, no burning sensation at all or any visible signs of redness or bumps. No burning/bain when urinated
Oct 1,07 started taking amoxicillin I had left over from a few months ago for a cold,  I was nervous & freaking
Oct 1,07 saw doctor at night for gonorrhea/Chlamydia- urine test was done, 3days later results were negative, Doctor said possibly a form of unrethritus ?
Oct 1,07 started on doxycycl HYC 100mg for 10 days
Oct 1-11- medication taken symptoms relieved (September 30- Oct 12 no sex with girlfriend)
Oct 13- unprotected sex with girlfriend, put penis inside twice without condom & then put condom
Oct 15-17- noticed tingling feeling again around penis area/groin- still no burning while urinating, never burned/pain when urinating. One interesting thing my penis keeps retracting inside, like a turtle brings his head inside the penis keeps doing that and i push it back out, uncomfortable feeling.
Between Oct 16- 28 not sure exactly where along the time- noticed 2 red pimples both in the upper pubic hair area, one toward the left & one toward the right- no pain,no discharge from them & nothing

Clocks? Oh, wait, I get it...

I'm also a sex educator. Lots of guys have mistaken ideas about sexuality and self, and often worry about their penis size. Sometimes they truly feel awful about themselves and want to do horrible and completely unnecessary things like surgery, jelquing, hanging weights, whatever. Because I'm really weird and unbelievably anal about providing accurate info--and just generally curious--I did some research.

As for adipose tissue, it's the anatomical term for fat. Sounds better, though, doesn't it?

I say if a turtle comes out of your penis, you have more problems than STD's

As far as I know, clear discharge is meaningless.

As for why your penis retracts, it is for sure not a STD. Have you gained weight? That's the usual cause. Weight gain adds to the little fat pad (or as I like to call it, adipose tissue) at the base of your penis. Since your penis is anchored inside your body, the increased fat pad only makes your penis look (and feel) smaller and smaller.

Dr. thank you for the update, I did want to also mention when I was taking the amoxillen I had warm sensation in my right leg and foot but no fever I checked multiple times, what do u think caused that? I sinced stopped the amoxillen.

Also with the retracting of the penis, I do have a small unerect penis why does it continue to retract or turtle inside? it is uncomfortable.

and one other thing I did not mention was the other morning there was a clear minimal discharge from my penis, I am still very anxious and stressed, thank you for your help it is well appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I think your concerns are mis-directed.  Receipt of oral sex is a very low risk exposure, even when unprotected.  You had no symptoms for over two months then noticed problems.  Since then you have taken therapy effective for  both chlamydia and NGU (nothing to suggest gonorrhea here) so that even if you did have an STD (which I would bet you did not), you would have been cured by the 10 days of doxycycline.  Your concerns are causing you to focus on sensation in your genitals which you would not have noticed if you were not worried.  This is common but does not suggest you have any STD from this exposure.  Please relax and try not to worry.  There is nothing here to suggest and STD.
