Do these resemble symptoms of STD?

Hi! My partner and I engaged in unprotected vaginal sex just two days ago. That was actually my first time to have sex. Is it normal to experience being cold, fatigue, muscle pain (abdomen & thighs) and 4 new mouth sores (2 inside the mouth--cheek wall and gums, and 2 on the lips)? I am planning to visit an ob-gyne tomorrow so I could consult with him/her my situation. Moreover, I am thinking of having me and my partner tested for HIV after 3 weeks. But for now, can someone please answer whether I may have possibly contracted an HIV from my partner? Ty very much!

One more thing, I am also entertaining the thought of having a recurrence of herpes outbreak since I acquired such disease from my sister who kept on discreetly borrowing my undearwear. I had my first outbreak last year around my hips area and it was not followed since. I am wondering whether the intercourse has brought me stress that possibly reactivated the herpes virus. Please help me by answering this question asap. Ty!!!

Also post in the herpes forum as they will give you better info on how you could not get herpes from your sister in that manner.

HIV questions post in the HIV forum.

I will say those symtpoms have nothing to do with a STD.
