Could i have herpes in urethra

Jan 2nd 2013 unprotected sex
Jan 17th went to the doctor for pain in testicles and diagnosed with epididimitis get treated for it( shot of rosephen and_doxycycline  for a week)
Jan 27th get tested for HIV, HSV 1&2, Chlamydia,Gonorrhea, hepatitis B and C, syphilis, all negative but HSV1
no symptoms or any breakouts.
April 27 2013 masturbated with hair conditioner and later that nigh i have pain in penile and testicle, felt like they were on fire!! went to hospital and did not find UTI Chlamydia or gonorrhea.
Week later feel irritation in penile and corona so i go to urologist ans said in fine, no herpes or anything told me it could of been IRRITATION from the conditioner.
2 days later i go to see a dermatologist and says its not herpes or anything, told me to add Vaseline on corona just so it wouldn't be dry, I ASKED HER ABOUT SOME PAPULES THAT WERE THERE AND SAID IT WAS PPP.
still worried and 10 days later still feel discomfort on penile so go to hospital and get a CT scan, told them i had discomfort on testicles also, they told me i had a contrast in urethra.
5 days later i went to urologist and performed a physical and told me my testicles where find and i also told him bout urethra and told me doctors just told me that because they didnt find anything so they had to tell me something. by the way doctor knows about my unprotected sex issue!!
*may 30 i went to health department and asked to get tested for trich which i found out it can cause irritation in urethra, told her my symptoms and she told me it could be HIV got a lil worried so she tested me for HIV and i asked about trich she said she couldnt test me but could treat me so she gave me flagyl 2 pills, a week later 6-4-13  results come and i am  negative for HIV witch i didnt ever think i had HIV but anyways. So seems flagyl worked but on 07-02 masturbated and penile below corona hurts feels like its inside, no discharge no pain when pee, touch tip of urethra and no pain, no blisters and secration

Welcome to the Forum.  It is difficult for me to be sure what your question is.  It appears that for more than 6 months you have been worrying about genital discomfort despite treatment on several occasions and multiple negative test results.  Thus, there has been no evidence that you have an STI of any sort.  In particular, there is absolutely NO suggestion that you have herpes.  When herpes involves the urethra, there are typically also lesions present on the outside of the penis as well.  I would not worry about HSV either.

In contrast, you also seem to indicate that your symptoms occur after you have masturbated, often using creams or other substances.  It may be that the trauma of masturbation, along with possible irritation from the substances that you use for masturbation may be the source of your symptoms.  I would not worry about STIs if I were you.

I hope this comment is helpful.  EWH

Question. If I had hsv1 oral and get exposed to hsv1 genital would the outbreak be considered primary or would it be like any other hsv1 outbreak since I already have hsv1 antibodies?

You have been to many doctors.  you should choose the one that you feel you can communicate well with and work with him/her to address your symptoms. Again, this is not an STI.  EWH

As Isaid above, trauma and continuuing re-injury could certainly contribute.  In addition, your increased focus may be leading you to be more aware of urethral discomfort and symptoms than you would in other circumstances.  EWH

Do you have any suggestions on what could cause these discomforts. May trauma and being uncircumcised.

Thank You.

I repeat, absolutely nothing in your post suggests that you acquired HSV from the exposure you have described.  In the majority of person with a positive blood test for HSV, the test reflects the presence of oral herpes acquired during childhood.  I would not worry.  EWH

thank you, i have read the comments you post and they all seem very helpful to everyone you reply to. Tuesday when i masturbated i did not use any lube. I called a different urologist regarding the concern and shes the one that got me into thinking it is herpes! and the "typically"part is the one i am worried about. like i posted i am positive for HSV1 but no breakouts. My wife is 8 months pregnant which is making me very distressed hopping i did not infect her with genital herpes, she has had not out breaks but has had gree discharged 3 time since may.
