If you're referring to jelquing, I strongly suggest NOT doing it. I frequent a couple of sexuality advice boards, and I've read far too many posts from guys who have actually injured themselves permanently trying this. And if it helps, the medical professionals I know agree that at best it doesn't work, and far worse (as I noted), can cause actual damage to your penis.

Rather than worrying about penis size (which is totally irrelevant to most women, since about 70% can't come from intercourse alone anyway), concentrate on learning new things to pleasure your partner. Despite what our society tells us, intercourse is but the tiniest aspect of sexuality. So, instead, give her oral, use toys, masturbate yourselves and each other, give each other massages. I heartily recommend reading the book "Great Sex", by Michael Castleman; his approach takes the emphasis off the penis, and puts it where it belongs - learning to experience our sexuality as total body pleasure. That can be the most intense, hot, steamy sex by far - the kind of sex most people love ;-)

The only safe non-surgical way to increase the functional length of your penis is to lose weight. When you are overweight the fat pad over your pubic bone encases some of your penis, making the part you can see and use shorter.

Hi !

What i could recommend you is to do penile exercises.

They do really work.
My ex gained a good 2 inches in length and at least 1 inch in width.

He is now my ex for other reasons but the sex was GREAT !

The point of these exercises is to increse the blood flow therefore causing a bigger, stronger erection.

Don't take the pills and risk awfull side effects.

The exercises work very well and it can be fun too !

Take care casanova !

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
With apology, I really can't answer; this site is limited to sexually transmitted diseases, not sexual functioning, sexual technique, etc.  I am unaware of any websites or other sources on penile enlargement.  But the general medical view is that nothing works.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
