Escort had blood coming out of vagina, risk?

I was having sex with an escort, who on a local board, has positive reviews. I have had sex with this escort three times now. However, several hours ago, I had sex with her and while wearing a condom, I felt blood trickling down my penis and into my testical area. She says she is clean, and that she doesn't get periods (she mentioned why but I didn't pay attention to that). The condom stayed on the whole time, so I don't think blood got in anywhere.

Since the blood touched parts of my genital area, am I at risk for std's/hiv (chlamydia or gonorrhea)? In general, does blood coming out of a vagina transmit std's? Thanks.

I have to be honest, I figured I wasn't at risk because I thought once blood comes into contact with air, any bacteria dies? So to be sure, by her blood getting on my testicles and lower end of my penis, there is risk of herpes, syphilis, and HPV?

Hi with protected sex the risk would be for herpes, syphilis and HPV, not hiv, gono or chlamydia.
