I also want to add this was a one time thing
One thing I forgot to say is that back in august I recieved unprotected oral sex and I think this same spot showed up within about 2 weeks of it. I don't know if this changes anything I just thought about it and thought I would post it. Just let me know and thanks for all your help
Welcome to our Forum. the lesion you describe is not herpes. I will tell you why, then I will make a few comments about what this might be. Your exposure history does not support a diagnosis of herpes. You have not had sex in 4 months. Herpes typically presents 4-10 days following exposure. Your negative blood test with only a single sex partner since that time also provides evidence that this is not HSV. Furthermore, you indicate that your exposures were condom protected. While condoms do not prevent HSV acquisition they certainly reduce it substantially. In addition, even if your sex partners had herpes (and you do not know that they did so it is safe to say that few, if any of them had it on a statistical basis), most exposures to infected sex partners do not result in transmission of infection. Finally, the lesion you describe does not suggest genital herpes either. It is the wrong color and is not a vesicle or ulcer which are the characteristic lesions of HSV. Bottom line, this is NOT HSV.
So, what could it be. It could be some other sort of dermatological process, most likely allergic in nature. If and when it recurs, you would be well served to see a dermatologist who can inspect it and provide you with an assessment. I hope this comment is helpful. EWH
