I didn't say they should look like pimples. Read my reply above and pay attention this time.
This thread is over. I will delete any further comments without responding.
they don't look like pimples or anything, its just that the skin is a pure black color compared the rest of the area.
No STD causes such a thing. As a guess, they may be blocked sebaceous glands. Blackheads are fairly common on the penis, often so tiny they aren't noticed until someone examines himself more closely that normal. Try pressing on one like you would a zit or your face.
In any case, definitely no STD causes such a thing. If the blackhead idea doesn't pan out, point them out to your doctor one of these days.
I have one more thing that I would like to get your opinion on, after examining my penis more closely, I've noticed some black colored spots on my penis. Three of them are on the skin underneath and one that I think might be on the top of the head since when I look at it in light it shines a little bit compared to the rest of the skin. I'm black and I want to know if the spots are any cause for concern, I can't really recall that that these were always there because they don't stand out much and don't cause any irritation execpt for the one time today I felt an itch right in the area of the spot on the head of my penis.
I've had 4 different partners in the last 3 months but I used a condom with each one. I've already tested for the stds you've mentioned twice already (both tests were about 4 weeks apart) and the std doctor told me I had nongonococcal urethritis. She gave a single dose of azithromycin while a waited for the results of the second test. To add, I never have 2 or more of those symptoms happening at the same time and the usually persist occasionally through the next day.
But as long as this doesn't sound like an std, will keep me from worrying since I try to be ultra careful when having sex.
These symptoms are not typical for any STD. Post-ejaculation pain is more likely due to some other urological problem, such as a prostate problem or an abnormality in the seminal vesicles. "Clear sticky discharge" could be due to urethritis, but such scant discharge can be entirely normal, especially first thing in the morning. Alternatively, this also could be due to a prostate gland problem.
You don't say much about your sexual lifestyle, so I really can't evaluate whether you are at significant risk of STD. To be safe, you should see a health care provider. Most likely s/he would recommend STD testing, such as a urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia, and physical examination and perhaps urine testing to detect nongonococcal urethritis. But my bet is that these all will be negative. If so, the next step is to see a urologist to evaluate for prostate and other internal genital problems. In the meantime, don't be too worried. This doesn't sound like anything serious.
Good luck-- HHH, MD
For #1 the pain feels like it is inside the urethra to be exact.
