Thank you so much for your time Dr. Hook!
Welcome to our Forum. I will be happy to provide you with some information and recommendations. I am pleased to tell you that there is no risk for HIV or for other STIs related to the activities you describe. therefore there is no reason for concern, no reason for testing and certainly no reason to take antiviral drugs. There are many reasons that I say this. These include:
1. Most masseuses and commercial sex workers do not have HIV or other STIs.
2. Even most sexual exposures do not lead to infection following contact with an infected partner.
3. The activities you describe, insertion of your finger into her vagina and anus are forms of masturbation and there are no cases in which HIV transmission has been shown to occur as a result of masturbation, even when persons have cuts or scrapes on their fingers- not ever.
For these reasons I urge you not to worry at all about this exposure. there is no reason to test, no reason not to have sex with your regular partner and no reason to take HIV therapy.
I hope these comments re helpful to you. EWH
