Hello,
I performed oral sex on another male (we're both 30, both caucasian, and both gay) back in March 2010. His penis was in my mouth for around 15 seconds and he didn't ejaculate in my mouth: I took him out of my mouth after about 15 seconds and I used my hand to make him climax. In retrospect I believe I had some cuts on my gums from having flossed hard eariler that day. We also french kissed for about 20 minutes. After this experience was over, It occurred to me that he may have pre-ejaculated and that the cuts on my gums may have exposed me to HIV (I don't know this person and I don't know if he is HIV positive). Since March I've had 3rd generation HIV tests at the 3,4,5, and 6 month marks. I've also had a NAAT test and a rapid antibody test done at the 6 month mark. All of my HIV tests have been non-reactive.
My problem is that I've had - and am still having - a bizarre array of symptoms. Since March my digestion hasn't been normal; I've had reacurring bouts of diarrhea (sometimes lasting days) and I burp frequently, almost constantly at times. I have also been having reacurring bouts of nausea, and extreme fatique. For the first two weeks of June and the first two weeks of July I had "shotty" lymph nodes under my jaw and a lymph node behind my left ear has been swollen since August 6th (Its now much smaller, but still slightly swollen). Throughout July and August I also had a weird rash appear on my palms and fingers. This rash consisted of about 25 or 30 small red dots which would only appear on my palms/fingers around 5pm every day. The dots would last about 2 or 3 hours and then vanish by around 9pm. Based on these symptoms I wondered if I had Mono and I went to my doctor three weeks ago and had a Mono test and a CBC: the Mono test was negative and the CBC was normal.
I now have a slightly swollen lymph node on the right side of my groin and a small itchy rash on my right knee. This rash consists of a few small, red, itchy bumps. I also have pain in my clavical area where it seems a lymph node is slightly swollen.
In addition to the tests I've listed above, I've also been tested for Hep A,B, and C, Gonorrhea, Clamidia, and Syphilis. None of these tests have been positive. If you have any insights as to what may be the trouble with me I'd be very grateful.
