Getting married soon..Need advice..wrong past

Dear Dr.

I am a male of 26 years old.  I had an account and a question last year but I lost it. From 2008 till 2013 I had a lot of risky sexual encounters with commercial sex workers in Africa.  Most involved cunnilingus and unprotected oral on me.  I had unnoticed broken condoms twice and unnoticed slipped condom once in 2010.  After that I did not have sex in 2012 at all and had repeated blood tests for all STDs including herpes.  I never had any symptoms of herpes or anything as such.  All the blood tests were NON-type specific HSV tests and were repeatedly negative over 6 times and in a previous question to Dr Hansfield sometime last year (lost the login details and all), he confirmed that I did not have Herpes/STDs.  As of December 2012 it was clear that I had not STD including Herpes.

Now this year (2013) after all the negative tests in 2012, I had sex with four escorts/CSWin London (they were quite cheap and were from different nationalities) .  All were protected oral and protected vaginal sex and two involved cunnilingus.  I saw no blisters/sores after two weeks of regular self checking after each of them.  The last one was 10 days ago and involved protected oral/ wild protected vaginal sex with unprotected cunnilingus.  I want to know now, in light of all I said above if I have to perform any STD test (including Herpes blood test if needed) to confirm if I am free of STDs/herpes and if I can get married and have unprotected sex with my wife without fear of infecting her.

Please advise me of what should I do/test for and when so that I can continue with my life? I am getting married in September 2013. I want to lead a clean monogamous life now on. Please help.  I will be getting the tests (whatever you say) from Dr Gonzales Garcia Clinic in London. I am really worried about STDs/Herpes. I really want to get out of this hell and live a clean life.

Thank you in advance.

Doctor I have one last question please.  In two of my protected sex with CSW this year, the condoms had slipped halfway when I pulled out because I had lost erection a bit. I had removed it and changed the condom on the first occasion.  On the other occasion I pulled down the condom well and continued sex. The penis head and half of shaft was always covered though in all cases.

Does this change anything about your assessment of my tests or risk?

I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO JEOPARDIZE MY FUTURE FAMILY LIFE AND CAUSE ANY PROBLEM TO MY WIFE WHEN HAVING UNPROTECTED SEX WITH HER.

PLEASE HELP ONE LAST TIME.

This is really a last question.  I know I am sounding stupid but please help me one last time.

Thanks

1.  You can test for the STDs I mentioned at this time. The results will be accurate.

2.  Yes, when the tests are negative (I am confident they will be) you have no reason to worry about unprotected sex with your wife and have no reason to worry that your past exposures would affect your ability to have children.  EWH

Please refer to the comment above.  My two questions are:

1) When can I test for the STDs you said to test for? Its been only 11 days now since last exposure involving unprotected cunnilingus and protected sex.

2) As suggested, I will not be testing for Herpes blood test and I never had any symptoms after the protected sex.  I want to know if the other tests mentioned above are negative, will I be able to settle down with my wife and have UNPROTECTED sex with her and have a family (kids) without any fear of transmitting any STDs or Herpes to her?

I will be grateful for this last help.  I am really reassured.

Dear Dr

When can I test for the above mentioned STDs?  Its been only 11 days since my last protected exposure now.

And also if the tests you mentioned (gonorrhoea, NGU, Chlamydia,  Syphillis, HIV only) are negative will I be able to settle down without fear of giving my wife any kind of STDs/Herpes thereon?

I will not be doing herpes testing as you suggested.  I never had any of its symptoms.

Anticipated thanks

You have indicated several times that since you were last checked for STDs, your only sexual encounter have been cunnilingus and condom protected receipt of oral and vaginal sex. Neither your protected encounters nor your performance of oral sex on your partners places you at meaningful risk for any STD, including herpes.  From a medical prespective there is no need for testing,  On the other hand, if you feel you need testing for your own peace of mind, then I suggest that you request testing of your throat fo gonorrhea and your penile urethra for gonorrheae, chalmydia, NGU.  In addition, blood tests for syphilis and HIV would mqke things complete. We do not suggest routine testing for herpes as the results are often falsely positve.

I hope this comment is helpful.  EWH

I must also add that the last four encounters of 2013 (all protected) were for 2 hours each and I had sex three or two times with each of the CSWs.  Each session of sex went for around 8-10 minutes each time.  So basically it has been like 15-20 minutes altogether of penetration each time for all the four times!

just for a note, I had around 15 sexual encounters with CSWs in Africa from 2008 till 2011.  I was cleared of all STDs including Herpes in 2012. From then there has been 4 protected oral/vaginal encounters + unprotected cunnilingus with CSWs in London in 2013 as said above.
