How worried should I be?

Hello,
I had protected sex with a woman at a message parlour (with much regret).
We used a condom but I am still worried.

How worried should I be?

thanks!
if I go into the clinic tomorrow (4 days after), will they be able to determine if hpv or herpes are present?

You had protected sex, protected sex is safe sex in regards to all STDs except herpes and hpv. Hpv and herpes all you need is skin to skin contact.

typically we don't recommend testing from this unless you need the peace of mind of doing so. this was protected sex. herpes and hpv were the biggest risks and even they are minimal.
