IM LOOSING IT

I HAVE A BAD CASE OF ANXIETY SO IM REALLY SCARED RIGHT NOW, TYPING MY LIFE AWAY BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND OF 4 YEARS THAT I DONT WANT TO LOSE BUT I DID SOMETHING STUPID THAT I KNOW I SHOULDNT HAVE. ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO I WAS WITH A FRIEND N SHE GAVE ME ORAL SEX, N I DIDNT NOTICE ANY SORES ON HER MOUTH OR ANYTHING BUT HONESTLY IT WASNT FOR LONG EITHER BECUZ I DIDNT FEEL RIGHT THIS WAS  SAT (JUNE 11TH), I WERE DRINKING SINCE THURSDAY16TH THIS WEEK ON MONDAY (JUNE 20TH) I WERE MASTURBATING BEFORE I WENT TO SLEEP WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY (TUESDAY 21ST) LATER THAT NIGHT I WENT OUT TO CELEBRATE MY FRIENDS BIRTHDAY THERE WAS ALOT OF DRINKING CONSUMED,I WASNT DRUNK BECAUSE I DROVE HOME FELL ASLEEP IN MY CLOTHES N WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY(WEDNESDAY 23RD) N MY TESTICLES WERE IN PAIN N HOT BURNING SENSATION,NO SORES,RASH, BLISTERS,IT DOESNT HURT WEN I URINE OR ANYTHING, N NO DISCHARGE (I ALSO TAKE BODY RUSH WEIGHT LIFTING SUPPLEMENT WHICH I STARTED THE 17TH)
NOW IT WAS WEDNESDAY MORNING WHEN I WOKE UP WITH THAT, SO THURSDAY I GO AND GET TESTED FOR STDS (24TH) BUT IM WORRIED NOW N I CANT THINK, I WAS SCARED VERY SCARED FORWARD TO SATURDAY WHICH WAS LAST NIGHT I REALLY FELT A BURNING SENSATION, SO I GO TO THE ER N THE TEST ME THERE ALSO N THEY LOOK IN THE COMPUTER N SEE MY PREV TEST RESULTS I TOOK ON THURSDAY N ALL CAM BACK NEG SO NOW IM LOSIN IT NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO OR WHAT IT MIGHT BE?.
AFTER THE ER ON SATURDAY,THAT NEXT DAY WHICH IS SUNDAY I WENT TO A CLINIC N HAD THEM CHECK ME OUT N THEY DID THE EXAM N TESTED MY URINE,WHICH CAME BACK THAT MY PH LEVEL WAS HIGH AT A 8.5 N THEY FOUND PROTEIN IN MY URINE, THEY GAVE ME A ANTIBIOTIC N TOLD ME TO TAKE IT UNTIL MY URINE CULTURE COMES BACK. SO I FOLLOWED UP WITH PCP THAT TUESDAY N SHE HAD ME FOR 21 YEARS SINCE DAY ONE, SHE ALSO HAD ME UNDRESS N DO THE ROUTINE CHECK N SHE DIDNT SEE ANY THING ON ME N SHE ALSO LOOKED AT MY TEST RESULTS N EVERYTHING WAS NEG, ALSO SEEN DERMATOLOGIST (NONE THOUGHT IT WERE HERPES)

update...i really cant believe this is anxiety, now my buttocks is in pain like the skin, and i read that herpes can affect the buttocks....i went to my dermatologist today and she examined it and say she couldn't see any thing and that she isn't even thinking herpes...she seems to think it could be the soap im using ....which i don't believe at a lost i don't know what to do or say any more doctor please help!

I know you are a doctor and all, but this is really getting to me like i sit and think i maybe do have herpes...and yes i do have anxiety and hyponcondria but like you dont think that all the doctors that have seen me could have missed anything or overlooked??? why are you so confident in you opinion?

My girlfriend thinks im loosing it, which i also think  the same...im just really worried doc

No change in my opinion or recommendation.  The CDC statments are overly conservative. EWH

yes i understand that oral sex is a low risk for stds, but when looking up symptoms and checking cdc they to say its not that low,

and yes  i do have anxiety the question i have is can anxiety really show you  std symptoms or groin symptoms?

Welcome to our Forum.  In looking over your posts on the STD Community site, both recently and in the past, I note that anxiety has a way of getting to you and heightening your concerns.  I am afraid that this has happened again.  As you know from interactions on the Community site, oral sex is low risk for STDs.   Further you have now been tested, been examined by several doctors, and  received antibiotics.  It is time for you to stop worrying an move forward.  Do not let your anxiety over the low risk encounter you described bother you any more than it already is.  EWH
