Im not sure, and im freaked out

Hi, I am a 26 year old male and I had protected sex 3 times with this girl about a month and a half ago. 2 weeks after our first encounter I went to the clinic and got a full STD test along with herpeselect test. Everything came back negative. Well fast forward about a week and for some reason i was masturbating a lot, probably 4 times within 2 hours. then I notices a sort of open sore near the base of my penis and the next day it got a scab and healed up. I dont remember any blisters there and it didnt hurt, no redness, it wasnt oozing just a little blood from the edges of the sore. It took about a week to go away and there is a little patch of light skin there now about a month later. Probably just too aggressive.

Then about 1 week ago I was licking my lips and i felt a pimple right under my mustache. between the boarder of my lip and nose I went to the bathroom and looked at it and it was a fairly large pimple so i popped it. As soon as i did that it started bleeding a lot. and there was a piece of skin on my finger. but i did not notice any kind of sebum that is usually in a pimple. After holding a paper towel on it for a little bit it stopped bleeding and was extremely red. Then the next day it had a scab over it. Its been 4 days since that happened and i flaked most of the scab off today and there is just a little horizontal cut left and some pink tender skin where the rest of the scab was.

I am not in the country and cant get any herpes tests. Does this sound like herpes? I didnt feel any tingling or pain,  associated with this blister/pimple. It wasnt red around the base or anything. But im afraid it might be a cold sore or something. I constantly pull out my mustache hair also. Could that have made a blister/pimple there? could a pimple turn into a big pustule like that?

Thanks in advance.

Neither one of the sores you mention suggest herpes.  Typically herpes lesions appear 3-10 days following a sexual exposure, thus neither of the exposures you describe fit.  Similarly, when HSV lesions appear for the first time, they tend to take 2-3 weeks to heal, not just a few days.  In addition, HSV lesions tend to form multiple, not single lesions which contain clear liquid.  They don't bleed or scab.  Finally, for the genital lesion you have a good alternative explanation and the sore on your lip could be due to any number of things.  In summary, what you describe does not sound suspicious for herpes.  I would not worry.  EWH

Please re-read my original answer. My assessment has not changed.  This is not herpes.  EWH

Well im thinking about this again, (im really freaked out) I popped this thing like I normally pop pimples. It didnt quite look like a pimple though. I was pretty rough with it and pinched it at the base. and my fingernail probably scrapped across what was ever under the pustule. That could have caused it to bleed. There might have been clear liquid in it, im not sure. But I dont remember seeing any kind of pimple gunk it it either. I t did burn a little in the middle of the night when i woke up about 3 or 4 nights ago. It was scabbed over then. possibly could have been really dry. Its been 12 hours shy of a week and there is just a tiny scab left and the surrounding tissue is dry and light pink.

Im just extremely worried about this. I also had oral sex with this girl. But only my tongue touched her vagina for about 20 seconds.  Im just having a lot of anxiety over this cause im somewhere where i cant get tested.

Great, that really puts my mind at ease. Im in a foreign country working and i hadnt taken a shower in a few days when it poped up on my lip so im thinking it was pimple that got out of control. Thanks so much for your help.
