I recently shaved my pubic area and a 2-3 days later a reddish spot appeared and it was somewhat painful, i am not sure of what it is but i would like some feedback.

you cant post pictures on this forum. but anyways shaving can cause irritation and the skin in your genital area is very sensitive, so i wouldnt be concerned. but still since you are worried about it there is no harm in getting a doctor to take a look.
