a) between male and female adults, when male is fingering vagina....
b) adult male has taken nipple in mouth and bitten down on it.
Is insertive vaginal/ anal sex and drug use sharing of needles only way adult HIV is transmitted?

Are stis/ HIV transmitted if a man/ woman touches an hiv+ womans vagina and then proceed to touch another persons genetilia say the mans penis? Is this a possible mode of transmission?
