I noticed a few things around the entrance to my vagina that have been bothering me, I'm not sure if they were there before or not but I don't think so.
1. Around the entrance to my vagina (I think this is the vestibule? The inside of the inner labia) I have a small line of teeny tiny dots, which looks like glands. One of these, though, is slightly bigger than the others, although still only the size of a pin head. It is the same colour as the tissue of this part of the vulva. I can only see it when looking very closely with a mirror, and even then only in some lights. Could this be a wart?
2. I have uneven flaps of skin around the very entrance to my vagina, but was told a while ago by a doctor that these are just rugae/hymen remnants/the protruding wall of the vagina, and that they were nothing to worry about. However, just underneath this part, There's another flap of skin, around a centimetre squared. I say a flap but it is almost all attached, so the outer part is like a ridge. The only way I can describe it is by likening it to an outer petal of a flower. What could this be??
3. Finally, on the other side, again in a line, extending from the rugae out towards the inner labia, There is another jagged edged ridge. I say ridge because these are not distinct lumps with a complete outer edge, but a zig-zag edge on one side and the other side is, i suppose, attached and therefore smooth. These taper out and turn into normal skin as it gets closer to the inner labia. This is less visible when the skin here is stretched slightly, and is more visible in some lights. Could this be warts?
