low risk or no risk?

Dear Doctor,

I had with a sex worker contact. She has massaged my penis with her hands and her breast( no condom). Finally, she made a blowjob with condom.
Unfortuantely, the room was quiet dark and I was not sure whether she had some pimple on her breast which could blow up during the breast massage and some body fluid (e.g. blood or other body fluid)could drop on my penis head.

Question 1: Is this a risk, assuming that she had really pimples on her breast.

Question 2: Is it a risk if a women gives a man a blow job a the condom breaks (which was according my view not the cae here)?

Thank you!

Raphi

Question 1)  Zero risk from the skin/breast contact, pimples or not.  In 25 years of worldwide AIDS, my guess is that not one person has ever been infected in the manner you describe.

Question 2) Even without a condom, the risk of HIV transmission to someone having a BJ is zero, or very close to it.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
