Moles on scrotum and penis and body

3 years ago I worked a sexual relationship using condoms
Year after surgery sexual moles have appeared in the testicles (scrotum) 10 or more moles on scrotum and a little bit on my body ... Worked test
1 - 2 herpes sellect
2 - Chlamydia
3 - Hepatitis B and C
4 - syphilis
5 - HIV antibody
I worked these tests after 1 year of sexual intercourse .. the result is negative in all the tests ...

Dermatologist told me when it's just viewed moles and also when I go to another doctor and detection of scrotum moles told me it only and it is not a disease
My question is why these moles appeared in the scrotum and penis? Is this a symptom of STDs?

Welcome to our Forum.  On this forum we do not make diagnoses since we do not have the opportunity to examine persons who post with questions and direct examination is a critical part of making an accurate diagnosis.  You have had the opportunity to be examined by two trained clinicians who have told you that you do not have an STD of any sort (including HIV) and who have backed those assessments up with tests which are negative.  I would advise you to believe them.  Moles are not sexually transmitted but are normal conditions which occur on perfectly normal people. Some persons have many moles, others have few or none. Moles tend to increase as we get older.  If your moles concern you I suggest you work with a dermatologist of your choosing to address your concerns.  Moles are not STDs.  EWH
