NEED HELP

Here is my story. 30 years old.  I was faithful for 9 years with 1 woman.  Recently we had a falling out and decided to take a break and see other people.  So about a week ago I slept with a woman and 6 days later came up with symptoms of an STD.  I have take the appropriate medications for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.  I also noticed a bump on Wednesday on the left side of my penis shaft. I it somewhat pinkish in color, raised, doesnt hurt but have never had something like this before.  I have been researching HPV and Molluscum Contagiosum (cant tell if it has dimple since it is so small) and am not sure what I have.  My question is this.  Can you get genital wart symptoms in 6 days?  Also was unprotected sex (idiot).  The bump has gone down in size within 2 days but is still there.  No other bumps on the penis or genital area.  I have an appointment with the urologist on Monday for an unrelated matter.  The first symptoms I had of an STD was that the tip of my penis had this tingling sensatino, no pain in urination or in general, no discharge.  Then a day or two later this raised bump came up.  Only 1 so far.  So im sure I have genital warts now but was looking for anyone that can confirm it.  I am such an idiot.  If anyone can give me some advice or let me know what I have then please do.  I will appreciate it.

You should take a picture of it right now before it disappears and show it to your Dr. Doctors are pretty good at identifying herpes lesions by sight. Warts wouldn't have shown up so far.

My symptoms of an STD were this. On Wednesday I had unprotected sex.  On Monday approximately 5 days later the tip of my penis started having this tingling sensantion. I had no pain during urination or any discharge from my penis so I went to the doctor right away to nip it in the bud so to speak.  They did a urinalysis and the results are not in yet.  They gave me Cipro and zithromax to cover gonorrhea and chlymydia and the sensation is going away day by day.  Like I said on the sixth day I noticed a small raised bump on my penis.  I have only had 1 partner for 9 years until last week. I know genital warts is common and will have my urologist check it out on monday but what else could this bump be??  Is there any other possible cause except genital warts.  The bump is going away but still there as we speak.  It is also 1 bump and no others on my penis.  Does genital warts usually come with a bunch of bumps or not?

It would have been helpful to know what your "symptoms of an STD" were and whether chlamydia or gonorrhea actually was diagnosed.

The other symptoms you describe don't sound compatible with STD you acquired during your event last week.  Neither gential warts nor molliscum can appear in 6 days.  If you have either of those, you acquired it from some other partner, at least 4-6 weeks (perhaps as long as 6 months) earlier.

In any case, nobody can make an accurate diagnosis by your written description.  It's dumb to try to figure this out on your own or through online searching and advice; you will never have a clear answer until you see a health care provider.  Show it to the urologist.

This forum is not the place to seek or expect answers from "anyone" who "can give me from advice".  You have just had all the advice you're going to get here.  If you really want input from nonprofessional forum users, you can also post a message on the STD support forum.
