Need help diagnosing a possible STD
I woke up a couple of days ago and the underside of my penis, at the base was raw and weeping a bit. I had sex a couple of nights before.
There is a musky sort of smell, and today the raw area extends from the top of my testicles to about midway on the underside.
The woman claims a yeast infection a week ago.
Also, I've had to urinate in the middle of the night. There seems to be an increased frequency of urination.
Any idea what this could be?

No discharge from the tip. Only from the raw area, it's weeping a bit of clear fluid.
Antibiotic will clear those?
