A dull ache of the sort you report is not suggestive of an STD. Again, no change in my opinion or advice. EWH
Hope i can ask last question. How painful would testicles be if associated withan std. Would they hurt to the touch and would there be noticeable swelling. I am experiencincing a dull ache which changes in intensity and decreases if changing positions. Please help one last time i know i am probably overreacting but pain is real.
Sorry, you are over reacting. No change in my opinion or avice. EWH
Still concerned about split stream is it possible from sweat. Also noticed very small scratch on underside of scrotum possible hsv that location.
If your discharge were due to an STD it should have gotten worse, not come and gone. You really need to chill out over this. EWH
Thank you for the help. Two last questions, regarding the discharge, if I did have a discharge once or twice, would I likely keep having them or could they stop on their own, I guees i thought if they had occurred at night they would occur during the day and would the best advice at this time be to just leave things alone for a time and see if symptoms or perceived symptoms stop? I have been driving myself crazy over this and have a hisotry of over reacting.
Welcome to the Forum. to distill your question a bit, this issue is could you have acquired an STD of any sort through receipt of masturbation from a relatively high risk partner? Since your receipt of the masturbation, you have repeatedly examined yourself and have noted, on occasion, an initially split urine stream, intermittent testicular pain, urethral discharge on two occasions while having a bowel movement and occasional mucoid appearance when examining your urethra. My reply is based on this description.
While there is, perhaps, a THEORETICAL possibility of acquiring an STD through receipt of masturbation, neither of us on this Forum have ever seen or heard of such a case in our combined over 70 years of STD focused practice. Again, I emphasize that this response not only reflects my own experience but reading the literature on the topic and attending STD focused meetings for years. Further, there are no STDs which account for the symptoms you describe. Intermittent testicular pain is not a sign of STD, nor is the fact that you may have expressed prostatic fluid during a bowel movement. the male urethra has normal mucoid secretions which most men have but do not notice unless they look for them. Further, repeated examinations and the trauma (typically inadvertent) of such repeated exams, tend to make the amount of secretions present increase and become more obvious. Thus there is no reason for you to worry that the symptoms you recount are related to your receipt of masturbation, even if that masturbation was lubricated by spit or if your partner might have inadvertently transferred genital secretions to you in the process of masturbation.
In answer to your specific questions:
1: Could the split urine stream and possible mucus seen in uretha be caused by constant checking? Is there some type of fluid in the urtha normally.
Yes, this could have certainly lead to an increased mucus production which, in turn could lead to the split stream you observed.
2: Constant urge to pee is likely anxiety, but could that cause split urine as well due to low urine amounts?
In men, urinary frequency is not a sign of STD but can be a sign of anxiety.
3: Would I likely notice a discharge from Chlamydia or anything else if checking regularly? Never had just random discharge during the day, only tose two times after bowel movemnet?
In men up to 60% of chlamydial infection can be asymptomatic and not have discharge present. Thus you could have chlamydia which you could have had for some time. the only way to know is with testing. If your test is positive however, it is most unlikely that you acquired it from receipt of masturbation--you would be the first.
I hope these comments help. EWH
