IgM HSV blood test results are meaningless. You could have stopped after the 6 week result, and for sure after the 10 week result, with complete confidence you are infected with neither HSV-1 nor HSV-2. This has been discussed a lot on this forum. See this message

The bottom line: You are not infected with HSV-2 or HSV-1. You have no obligation to inform anybody of anything. Too bad you didn't check in here 6 months ago!
