I am 24.I have sex with a prositute that I dont know her Hiv status for years ago. She suck me for about 5 minutes then I come outside her mouth not in her mouth. Also, I have anal sex with her with condom. I cant remember its my condom is broke or slip out whhile having anal sex with her. I also have take Elisa Hive test in 3 - 4 month via sex. The result of the test is negative, but I still worry because the Elisa test is only test HIV/1 not HIV type 1/2. After one year of having sex with her I feel sick in my stomach. My stomach always get full when I dont eat nothing. My stomach fullness below my chest. The doctor gave me all blood test for, liver test, lung test, kidney test, stomach test all come as normal. The only doctor said to me that my blood cell is little bit high, but he said that is normal. Please doctor can you please tell me how risk can i get hiv from prostitue who gave me an oral and i have anal sex with condom with her. Also, please tell me what doctor do I need to go see about my stomach get fullness below my chest and on the the left side below my nipple. Thanks you very much doctor.

2: Do you think I have Syphilis or other STD  if someone suck your penis for 5 min without ejact in their mouth.

Normally RPR/VDRL, but some labs don't offer it, and TPPA would be fine.  It doesn't really matter.

Hello doctor, I have 1 more question. If its has been 3 years already what test do I need to take syphilis that gave you conclusive result??? SYPHILIS/RPR (VDRL)  or SYPHILIS/ TP-PA   ? Thanks you very much doctor.

Since you don't have symptoms, if you had syphilis you would be in the late latent stage.

If you happen to have syphilis, penicillin will cure it.  Just get tested so you know for sure, then stop worrying when you learn the negative result.

You describe a low risk exposure for HIV and other STDs and the test results prove you didn't catch HIV and your symptoms are not those of HIV, syphilis, or any other STD.  Have a blood test for syphilis if you remain nervous about it, but you can expect a negative result.

I dont know if I have Syphilis or not.... If I have Syphilis for 2 years do you think I can get treatment and what is the stage I am in now for 2.5 years??? Thanks you
