PLEASE READ AND ADVISE!

Hello, yes, I know I am an idiot...I just came back from Brazil...while there I had about 8 sexual partners. Condom broke with two and received oral sex from about all unprotected. The day I left my scrotum became very dry and peeling/flaking...two days later my penis also is feeling very dry and like leather...any idea what this could be or what I could do? I was on R&R and am working in Iraq...I cant exactly go see a doctor too easily..Please advise!

It sounds like a fungal infection.  Are there any medics or anything?  Surely lots of you guys get jock itch over there, what with the heat and sweating, etc.  Maybe they'll have some antifungal cream.

If you start noticing any sores, discharge, burning, etc., you'll have to find a doctor.

thanks...do you think it could be a symptom of herpes? it sort of itches but not bad...may just be because im thinking about it. im a contractor...i cant use the tmc for medic reasons...is there any cream i can get from a pharmacy and what should i look out for afterwards? thank you

Dry and peeling sounds fungal.   You can try getting an antifungal cream and trying it.
