Painful Urination

This morning it slightly burned when I urinated. I was diagnosed with chlamydia, but I was treated and I've been symptom free for a while now, and I've been unactive sexually. I heard sometimes for just no reason you'll get a little burn and its no cause for worry. Is this true ? The treatment of chlamyida cleared up all my symptoms for a while now, and I cna't see it coming back after all this time.

Yes, you could have some soap or somting that irritated you and will go away.  Sometimes, the tip will kind of dry shut- maybe some fluid drys over the opening and as you begin to urinate it pulls a little and feels like a burn.  If it was an infection you would most likely have discharge and pain, and not pain that is there once and then gone and then back later.
