Please help me

Unprotected sex 5 months ago. A week later noticed three bright white spots on my penis. Worried hpv. One is very noticeable, no pain, is flat and no itch. It will be bright white one minute then a yellow color and then disappear and be a normal flesh color. The other spot is on the suculus of my penis.  It causes mild irritation, sometimes feels like a pinched nerve. Worried it could be herp. The first month experienced soreness in the genitals and testicles as well as they felt warm. A couple of days I felt burning when peeing and ejaculating. Doc. gave some antibodies seem to help. Penis feels tight, with pressure, hurts when moving it around. Abdomen and lower back hurt.My lips and mouth feel like there is something on them all the time.My lips peeled for a while and would burn from a result of that. Have weird bumps the size of a pen tip on my inner lip that I have never had before. The fluid inside tastes like salt.  Liquid inside is white or reddish clear. Have seen four drs. even a dermatologist. They all say that it doesnt look like herpes or warts on my penis. Neg for all stds except for herp 1. Don’t know if I had this. I was tested about 2 months after exposure and girl says she was neg and tested at 3 months. I scheduled a urologist appt. Docs treated for fungal infection, giving me fungal cream, steroid cream, and a pill. It helped a little bit I think. I had swabs, urinalysis, blood, done. Had a oral dna test done for hpv neg. I had this done because I had some weird like long taste buds growing on the side of my tongue.Girl told me she had abnormal pap and had a biopsy.  It came out neg. for cancer said it was varnarial cysts, worries me it was hpv.  She says had a hpv test done and had no hi strains. Takes more press. to pee and later when I sit down or move I feel some urine sneak out. At the beginning or all this I forced warm water up uretha to clean it took some antibiotics I found. Dumb. Stool is odd and had some blood in it. Please help

I have nothing more to say; this additional information doesn't change my opinion or advice.  As I said, it is clear you have no STD, and that's the only topic for this forum; we do not try to judge medical problems that are not due to STD.  There are only 2 moderators on this forum, and Dr. Hook and I generally do not both answer the same questions. But our opinions and recommendations are always pretty much identical.

So this forum has nothing more to offer you and there is no point in reinstating the duplicate questions; that's not how the MedHelp forums work.  You can use the contact link to leave a message for MedHelp administration and see if they will refund 2 of your 3 posting fees.

Im still freaking out.  The one stand called today with the results and said that both types of herpes came out inconclusive and she should test again in 3months.  Then she told her that she should come in for the results of hpv test.  That sounds like its going to be bad news.  Can you explain to me what these white spots are.  Can hpv change color like that.  One time its white, then yellow and then not even present normal skin tone.  I tried what you said working with  the same dr. but he is getting sick of me.  Says that I am fine and that I might need therapy.  Can you explain to me some info.  on hpv.  Like what strands mean bad news.  Causing cancer or warts and which one s are not to really worry about.  I dont want give it to someone.  Also, I wrote the same message three times because I thought it would go to different dr. that might now something about this.  I paid for those posts.  Im trying to get as much info I can.  What should I do Doc.  I have been through almost everything.  The girl says she keeps getting urinary tract infections.  And suffered from in the past with symptoms I told you about.  But they told her it was do to her udi. The thing that is inserted to prevent pregnancy.  Im loosing my mind. I screwed up hooking up with this girl.  I was depressed from a 4yr. breakup.  Then after the hookup I was working on getting my girl back and marrying her.  But because of this I couldnt be myself or affectionate around her bc I thought I would give it to her.  My life is a mess.  Please send some info. my way.  The dermatologist called me today and said they might put me on some antibiotics because of the the swab they took had bacteria on it.  But, my primary dr. told me that it was normal bacteria and said that is what was stated in the report. I feel they are just doing whatever for me to just calm down.  Thank you for your help.  Please put my other questions back up.  I want as much help as one can get.

Welcome to the forum.  You posted the same question 3 times; I deleted two of them.

I'll try to help, but most likely cannot be of very much assistance.  When someone has seen a health professional, and especially four of them without a clear answer, no online expert is likely to be able to solve the problem by written description.  In any case, most of your symptoms don't sound typical for any STD and I doubt your symptoms are due to anything you caught from any sex partner.  And clearly there is more than one problem going on; no single health problem can cause all the symptoms you describe.

The lower abdominal pain and difficulty urinating suggests a prostate gland problem or the chronic pelvic pain syndrome, and your plan to see a urologist makes sense to me.  For more information about both these things, google CPPS -- spell it out -- and start your reading with the excellent Wikipedia article and the information from the Stanford U dept of urology, both of which will be near the top of the google hits.  As you will learn, these problems have nothing to do with STD.

Bottom line:  Almost certainly no STD is going on here.  You'll have to continue to work with your own doctor(s) to sort this out.  One strong piece of advice:  find a single physician whom you trust and can work well with, then stick with that person and stop shopping around.

Regards--  HHH, MD
