Asking the same questions in different words will not result in different answers! Trich definitely is not transmitted by the kinds of contact you found in some website; obviously that was an unreliable source. And I already said that you could not have caught any other STD, but that if your symptoms continue, you should see a doctor or clinic.
It feels like slight burning on the tip after urination, similar to having soap in the urethra. I don't think I felt this before. Maybe I'm just worried.
Thanks Doctor. I guess the questions I had were:
could you get trich from penile contact with panties if maybe her fluids could have soaked through them? I read on the Internet that Trich is possible to spread also through contact with infected panties, sheets, etc.
It's been 10 days now, no other symptoms other than what was described (slight discomfort at tip of penis), based on what was described, could there be a risk for herpes or anything else, eg at the base of the penis below what the condom covered? Reading on the Internet just gets you more worried.
I read these comments before my reply above. They do not change my opinion or advice.
Welcome to the forum.
My first thought is why trichomonas is the main STD on your mind. It's one of the least dangerous STDs and rarely causes symptoms in men and certainly no serious health outcomes.
But most important, you describe a sexual exposure with absolutely no risk for trich or any other STD. No STDs can be transmitted through panties or other clothing. Your symptoms are much more suggestive of genitally focused anxiety than they are for any STD -- and your past medical experience ("checked out by specialist doctors amounted to nothing but worry") shows you are susceptible to this sort of thing. Trich in men generally causes no symptoms at all, certainly not the sorts of things you describe.
My advice is that you stop examining yourself and stop treating yourself. If symptoms continue that concern you, see a doctor or clinic then follow their advice. In the meantime, you can be sure you do not have any STD from the event described. If you have a regular sex partner, you can and should continue your normal sexual relations; there is no risk of STD transmission.

Right now the very top of my penis feels wierd/slightly hurts after urinating around 10 minutes ago, but i don't have pain while urinating. Worried here.
Around Wednesday 3 days later, I started worrying and was feeling tingling/slight pain after urinating. Could this be trich? I went to the doctor and got a prescription for metronidazole, 500mg bid for 7 days, however only managed to take about 750mg/day for 5 days because of the headaches, dizziness, and chest pain/occasional heart skipping (is this side effect in my mind?) Anyway, after 1-2 days of starting taking the medicine I was feeling decreased symptoms of tingling/pain in the head of my penis. Today, the first day I stopped taking the medicine, I started feeling slight sensation/pain in the head of my penis and urge to urinate when I don't think I have to. Yesterday I thought I saw a red spot in a fold under my penis, so I bought some clotrimazole 1% and applied this morning. My question is, could what I was feeling today be the trich symptoms, or maybe irritation from the clotrimazole? The red spot is gone.
Also, what is the risk of having some type of std? Today is 9 1/2 days later. I haven't had any other symptoms and am very worried. I have been known to feel things (eg head, heart or stomach symptoms which I'd read on the Internet) which when checked out by specialist doctors amounted to nothing but worry.
