worried to tears

Doctor I've been so stressed... I got oral sex 3 times from a girl... Also I believe she put my penis  in her vagina for no more the 5 or 10 seconds.. Also when we had protected sex took a break I took the condom off and put the same condom on.. I'm not sure if  it was put back on reverse.. I asked her if she had any stds she said no (but who knows for sure)...I took an hiv test at 6 or 7 weeks and negative and then also at 14 or 15 weeks and was negative.. I have always been a healthy man.
Question 1. Was I ever at risk to begin with?
Question 2. Should I even worry at all after the test results?
Question 3. Could the tests possibly be wrong?
Question 4. Should I go back at 6 months to be sure?
Question 5. My doctor told me that 4 to 6 months is conclusive. Why would he say that if the cdc says three and you say less?

You said that I used the condom the wrong way, but I stated I also had unprotected sex for 5 or 10 seconds is it remotely possible to contract hiv from that short of an encounter?

Welcome to our Forum.  Let me give you the key, central message first.  You did not get HIV from this exposure.  You tests prove this.  there is no reason for you to worry about HIV.

Now for some background.  HIV is not spread by oral sex.  The quoted figure for HIV risk, if one has oral sex with an infected partner is less than 1 in 10,000 and, in my estimation that is too high. Some experts state there is no risk at all from oral sex.  Neither of us on this site have ever seen or reading the medical literature of a convincing instance in which HIV was passed by oral sex.

Second, you used the condom incorrectly. condoms should never be removed and then put back on.  This both increases the risk for condom failure (breakage) and increases the risk for transfer of infectious secretions leading to either an STD or for your partner, pregnancy.

Third, with all respect to your doctor, he is wrong. HIV testing is definitive 8 weeks following exposure.  There is no need to worry that results obtained 8 weeks following exposure are not reliable. your results prove that you did not get HIV.

Now for your questions:
1.  Unlikely that your partner had HIV but you did use the condom the wrong way. there may have been a slight risk.
2.  No, believe your test results. They prove that you did not get HIV.
3.  See no. 2.  You have had two negative tests. Mistakes are VERY rare and would not occur twice.
4. Further testing related to this exposure is a waste of time and resources.
5.  Perhaps he is being overly conservative.  You would have to ask him

I hope my comments are helpful.  EWH
