Cunnilingus risk with a CSW

Two days ago, I had a date with a very high end CSW to get a tantric massage with a happy ending in Montreal. I got carried away and gave her head for about 10 minutes. No vaginal penetration - just licking her clitoris. She was very clean. We also shortly and mildly french kissed. She only touched my penis with her hands. The next day, of course, I kinda freaked out (I'm about to get married ) and emailed her. She replied that she gets tested regurlarly and that she never caught anything. She added that her last tests were last month and she was clean.
Should I worry about any infections ? Should I ask my doctor to be tested ? I am embarassed...
Thanks for your replies

Welcome to our Forum. this was a very low risk event.  Although your partner is a commercial sex worker, the likelihood of infection is quite low. Most high end CSWs are careful about infections and do get tested regally(to do so would be bad for business). Thus she was less likely to be infected than if you had picked someone up in a bar.  Further, cunnilingus is a very "inefficient" means for STI acquisition.  There is o risk from touching or French kissing.

I see little medical reason for concern.  If I were you, given the low risk for infection, I probably would not even get tested. If you choose to do so for your own peace of mind however, I anticipate that your tests will be negative.

I hope this comment is helpful. EWH

Symptoms for most STIs would appear in 3-10 days, typically.

Yes, I see no reason not to have unprotected sexual contact with your fiancee.  EWH

Thank you Dr Hook
What would be the time frame in days for symptoms to appear, if anything had to flare up ? Based on your answer, I gather that you would see no indications as to not continue having unprotected sex with my fiancée ? Am I correct ? That will be my last interrogation. Thank you for your help.
