Lactating Stripper

I had a couple of lap dances from a stripper.  There was only hand contact and grinding through clothes (she was naked) but I noticed that she appeared to be lactating.  My hands became wet as a result, after fondling and touching her breasts.  I did not put my mouth on her breasts at any point.  My question is, if there was an inadvertent stream of breast milk that hit me in the mouth or eye without me noticing, am I at any risk for an STD or HIV?  Should I get tested?  The reason I say I am unsure is because it was dark and quite warm, so I was sweating somewhat already.  Is this risk less than theoretical?  I'm a little worried.  Thank you very much.

Welcome back to the Forum.  We get a number of questions of this sort an so we have looked into it.  There are no instances in which an adult has ever gotten an STD, including HIV from exposure to breast milk.  Newborn infants can acquire HIV from an infected mother from breast milk because of their immature GI tracts however by the time a person is 6 months old, this is no longer possible and in fact the mouth and GI tract represent a hostile environment where bacteria and viruses die quickly.

There are no traditional STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, or syphilis for instance) that could be transmitted to you through inadvertent ingestion of breast milk or through getting it in your eye.

If you were to become infected through the exposure you describe you would be the first one to do so.  I urge you not to worry.  I see no need for testing or concern.  I hope these comments are helpful.  EWH
