please help...shaking with fear

Hi doc..I just paid another donation fee, and this is a follow up to a post earlier. I am shaking as i am writing this...please help..

Recap, had sex with a girl here in thailand about 10 days ago...got a bunch of what seemed like pimples mostly in my pubic hair and at the base of my penis (in the hair), they all seem to have hair growing in them, and are scattered, and most of them are hard to the touch. Now today i discovered something new...they are two very small things that look like a blister, cant tell, but it looks clear. It is at the base of my penis, but this one does not have hair growing out of it.  I did use a condom, but as i was having sex, it started slipping, as soon as i felt it, i stopped and slipped it back over to completely cover the penis. the condom only slipped about an inch from my basePlease help with your diagnosis..thailand has been very hard to get a doctors appointment. I am shaking as i write this email. thank you.

Sorry, I can't help.  I told you my opinion and advice 2 days ago.  I told you I doubt you have an STD, that folliculitis is more likely; and it sounds like nothing has changed.

I hit the enter button too soon.  I meant to add that if you do have herpes--which is possible (no online doc can make an accurate diagnosis), it isn't nearly as big a deal as you seem to be making of it. Nobody wants genital herpes, but it's generally easy to control.  And I still don't think that's the most likely explanation anyway.
