Reassurance

So, I received oral sex from another man in July for like two minutes. I didn't ejaculate (if that makes a difference). I've not had any sort of indication of an STD, my penis skin was a bit puffy a few days later, but nothing too bad. Ive had zero discharge, but i am dealing with premature ejaculation at even the sligjtest hint of somethig sexual. I've taken 3g of azithromycin and 28 days of doxy in total. I've taken NAAT test for Chlamydia and Gonnorhea, at like 8 weeks, both negative. HIV test blood at 4 weeks, negative. HIV oral test at 12 weeks then again 20 both negative. Syphillis at like 12 weeks, negative. Urinalyses at 12 weeks nothing to note. And that's pretty much it. Could somebody offer me reassurance it's safe to resume unprotected sex with my girlfriend.

I've visited several docs and they said I'm good. Do you have an opinion?
