Final answer. It is not unusal for staining at stool to "push" a small amount of prostate fluid out of the prostate and penis. This is not a concern.
This will complete this thread. EWH
I released a small amount of milky white/cloudy discharge while pushing out a large defecation this morning. It did not hurt and the fluid was a little thicker than urine but not sticky like semen. This is the only time I've seen any sort of symptoms after my unprotected oral encounter 7 weeks ago or while defecating. I'm 35 years old. Is this normal?
Final answers:
1) did I test too early?
No.
2)Has enough time already passed to have ruled out an std from the subject encounter?
Yes
3)Would you recommend that I get retested? \
NO.
4) should I get tested for ngu?
No.

Sorry for my ignorance, but 6 days after exposure (11/13), I had an 8 panel test from labcor and I came out negative for all sti's including gonorrhea and chlamidia (test did not include ngu). I did not experience any sort of symptoms since then, but on 12/18 started feeling an unusual tingle sensation in my urethra that comes and goes, but no discharge of any sort or painful urination. Actually, I wasn't feeling any symptoms at all until last week where my wife had a health scare, and I grew anxious thinking that it came from the subject exposure. Her health scare turned out to be nothing. My questions are: 1) did I test too early? 2)Has enough time already passed to have ruled out an std from the subject encounter? 3)Would you recommend that I get retested? 4) should I get tested for ngu?
It has been 6 weeks since my encounter.
You need to stop trying to associate every ache and pain you notice in your heightened state of concern with the exposure you described. You may need the reassurance of getting examined as I suggested before but you do not need to be looking so hard for symptoms. This is your guilt speaking.
Rather than continue to fuel your anxieties symptom by symptom, I think it is time to complete this thread. Take care. EWH
One more thing. I'm having a very light pain sensation in my upper right abdomen when I urinate. Again, this could be stress. Could this be associated with an STI received from unprotected oral?
No, kidney or low back pain would not be an expected symptom of any recently acquired STI. I suggest you look for another reason for your back pain. EWH
I do suffer from lower back pain though, and the pain is comparable to what I feel. I work in an office sitting down all day. So it could be my mind playing tricks on me.
Thanks for your reply. I'll be mindful of the symptoms to watch out for. When would these symptoms generally occur? Would kidney pain be a symptom?
Welcome to our Forum. This was a low risk event but not no risk. Most people, even most commercial sex workers, do not have STIs and even when persons are infected in their mouths, transmission to others due to oral sex is not frequent. When persons do get infected after oral sex, they typically do develop symptoms from their STI- those symptoms are either a penile discharge or burning on urination. In contrast, urinary frequency is more often a sign of anxiety than STI and your groin pain does not suggest STI either.
The STIs which occur most commonly following oral sex are gonorrhea or non-gonococcal urethritis. This sounds like neither but if you are concerned, they are easily checked for by a trained health care provider. If I were you, unless your symptoms progress, I would not worry.
I hope this comment is helpful. EWH
