Possible HSV2 Exposure from Oral to Genital?

Hi Drs!   Let me cut to the chase!  About 110 days ago, I received unprotected "oral sex" from a stripper of unknown status in the form of licking and sucking my scrotum only for about 3-5 minutes.  Nothing else.  She never even handled my penis as I wouldn't let her go that far.
After about a month, I started checking myself regularly, and everything that seemed like a bump was either HSV or HPV to me!  I know -- crazy!  I finally went to the doc at about 7 weeks and told him the story, and he did a full lab on me.  Everything came back negative (IgG HSV2 <0.9), except HSV1 - I knew that would be positive since I've had cold sores, at least once a year since I was young.  In fact, the stress of this situation triggered an outbreak on my lip.  He told me to stop worrying, and said that he was sure I did not have HSV2 (even though it was less than the 102 days recommended for a conclusive result).  I walked out relieved only to have a small rash form on the right side of my scrotum (about 1X1 patch) form about a week later.  Out of habit, I put on hydrocortisone 1% 2X a day, and it was completely gone within 7-10 days.  I never remember seeing a scab, but there was skin which fell away.  I assumed eczema (I workout a lot and does chafe down there, but never on the scrotum) and went about my buisness.   I don't remember a prodrome (like my lips), itching, scabs or blisters, but it was painful to the touch. Here I am, freaking out again that I got HSV2 now that I read more about atypical symptoms.  I've read that having HSV1 would lessen the effects of HSV2 inital infection, and I might not even get a primary episode!  I currently have one small red bump on my scrotum that itches a bit.  So, for peace of mind, I got a final test since I read that 102 days should give me complete assurance either way.  Now, I have to wait until Friday, and I'm sick to my stomach.  What do you think?  Is my worrying completely unwarranted?  Was this test a waste? Help me sleep!

Time for you to get control of your anxieties (and guilt).  The rash you describe sounds nothing like HSV and your risk for HSV or, for that matter HPV, was virtually non-existant and now is zero.  Stop worrying and get on with your life.  In doing so, I also hope you'll stop examining yourself.  You are beyond the time when any STD would appear.  EWH

Shoot! Forgot to add that I was wondering if there is anything I should worry about.  Warts?  I know I sound like a crazy person, but I just cannot lose my family over this stupid thing, you know?
