You may remember my earlier posts, here is the link
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/HIV-Risk-very-worried/show/1404690?personal_page_id=1898608#post_6454377

As a summerize, oral sex unprotected, there had some teeth scars and vaginal fluid touched that scars for 1 -2 seconds on mutual masturbation.

I'm very grateful for Doctor HHH's help on me so i'm very relaxed about HIV.

what i would like to add is ask is that, other STD's. I have a little baby and i'm very afraid about my wife and my baby,
He is being breastfeaded andi just had a mutual masturbation and kissing wih my wife

I got following tests done;

HIV DUO - Day 22, Day 30, Day 41, Day 52 --- all negative

VDRL -RPR - Day 22 , ----- negative

uriner tests  and chlamydia, Day 30  ---- negative

HBsAG, Anti -HBS, Anti HBC( IGM ), Day 49 ---- negative

Stool Test , Day 50 ---- negative

So i will be very glad to know if i need any further tests on any kind of STD, and when ?

And i'm extremely afraid to make my wife and baby ill

Thanks for your kindness and helps

Best Regards

As you know, Dr. Handsfield and I share the forum.  You got me this time.  FYI, the reason we share the forum is because we have worked together for nearly 30 years and while our verbiage styles vary, we have never disagreed on management strategies or advice to clients.

The reason that Dr. Handsfield cut off your earlier interchange is that you proven with testing that you did not get HIV through the low risk exposure you described.  The same can be said for other STDs.  You did not get infected from this exposure.  It is now time for you to stop testing, stop worrying and move on.

They symptoms you describe are quite non-specific and in the context of your negative tests are certainly not due to any STD.  You need to move on and stop worrying about STD/HIV consequences of the exposure you clearly feel guilty about.

I will not engage in a long series of "what it" exchanges.  You need to stop worrying.  Further testing of any sort is a waste of time and money.  I hope the additional reassurance I am trying to give you will all you to do this.  EWH

and an addition,
i went to both infection diseases and urology doctors and get checked several days.

i had a white on the back of my tongue, doctor said its normal
and i have a redness whenever after i took a shower, daily after the bath in about 30 - 40 minutes it goes away

i had diarrhea for several days, it stays for 2 days and goes away than it comes back, but for about 10 days it doesn't happen.

i also have some ache on my belly, sometimes a little pain just comes and goes on underarms and groin

may be these can be helpful

thanks a lot doctor EWH

you really shined to my day

There are many information over the web and i couldn't get spesific answers from physicians i visited. The only thing i think about is my family and nothing else

The physician told me to get tested for Hepatitis, Herpes, Syphillis , HIV and other STD at 3 months, and with this knownledge i even get very afraid to touch my wife and my baby

please see me as the dumbest person ever in the world, you mean i do not need any kind of testing on any STD?

This will be the last question and i'm seeking for your advice

Thanks doctor

Kind Regards

I wrote "They symptoms you describe are quite non-specific and in the context of your negative tests are certainly not due to any STD.  You need to move on and stop worrying about STD/HIV consequences of the exposure you clearly feel guilty about."  thus, there is no need for further testing.  EWH

Dear Doctor

I' sorry to interrupting you.

The rash on my body makes my mind crazy.

I have rash on my face, cheeks, on my head ( i'm bald ), on my both cheekbones ( they are peeling) , on the place between my neck and shoulders. None of them are itching.

When i take a shower, the ones on my neck comes clearer and than they go away.

Can this be a sign of anything? I'm really scared about these

You need to see a dermatologist or other health care provide about these issues.  I would not be worried about STDs as the cause of your rash.  EWH

This will be the last answer.  Hepatitis B is quite rare as an STD.  Definitive testing for hepatitis B would be at 3 months following exposure.  In the meantime, I really would not worry.

Further questions will be deleted without comment.  You need to move forward, not be worried about this past exposure.  EWH
