STD in throat

I HAD RECENTLY GAVE ORAL SEX TO A GUY IN THAN A MONTH LATER I HAD GOT DIAGNOSED WITH STREP THROAT BUT WHEN IT WENT AWAY BUT I STILL HAD  LIKE LITTLE WHITE SPOTS ON MY THROAT MONTHS LATER THAT ARE STILL THERE. MY QUESTION IS DO I OR MAY I HAVE AN STD IN MY THROAT IN IF SO WHAT ARE THEY MOST LIKELY TO BE?

No, Chlamydiae does not infect the throat, gonorrhea does but it is asymptomatic.
