Saliva hand job

On 7 may I received a HJ with saliva from a stripper at a strip club. It did last long maybe 20 seconds. The next day I started feeling a little discomfort in my urethera about an inch back from the tip. After 10 days I went and had a complete 8 panel std test. All negative results. So I thought maybe a uti. So I went to the doctor and the screened my urine with a dip stick. He said there was some type of infection. So he put me on cipro 500mg. It didn't work or at least it didn't stop the discomfort. (by the way no pain while urinating or discharge). So I went to a different doctor and had another uti urine screening. It came back normal. I think it was done differently than the dip because the results where printed on a little piece of paper. The doctor prescribed Doxcy. I just started taking it today. On May 29 I had another 8 panel std test done with all results negative. Any idea what this is? Maybe some germ got in there causing me some issues. Thanks.

Thanks Dr Hook. I do wish this had not happened. Maybe there was some damage from the event. But I think it may be in my head. Sometime I don't notice it until I think about it. And then there it is again... Again thanks for your time.

Welcome to our Forum. The situation you describe is almost certainly not an STD acquire through the events you describe.  Neither of us have ever seen an STD transmitted through receipt of masturbation in our combined more than 70 years of STD-focused practice.  In addition, there are no STDs have the onset of their symptoms in less than 2-3 days of exposure, thus the onset of your symptoms is not consistent with infection.  The fact that the antibiotics which you have received had no effect is also inconsistent with an infection.  Your symptoms may have been due to the trauma of masturbation or perhaps entirely unrelated.

Finally, I would add that sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  This in turn leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times.  Perhaps this was a contributor to your situation.

I hope this comment helps.  Please try not to worry. I suspect this will resolve on its own.  EWH
